How To Become A Personal Trainer
January 3rd, 2011
When my offspring flew the nest, I felt a little bored and wanted to do something unusual with my life. The difficulty with going back to this work was that you had to work 5 days a week for at least eight hours. Then, an advert about courses in personal training showed up on the screen. I completed sessions at my local gym and this prompted me to go for the course. Slowly I watched those pounds drop off. I was energetic, fit, healthy and raring to go.
Sizing is not really an issue if you want to become a personal trainer. As long as you have lots of enthusiasm and you can encourage individuals that don’t. Every month there was a course happening, just 30 miles away from my home town. I briskly enrolled and really enjoyed the lessons. I also passed with flying colors. I was really delighted though as it proved you can do anything no matter what your age is. I was raring to go one step further and started looking for a place where I could set up a corporation. If this is a job you have considered in the past, then I suggest that you look at it again. It really is a great trade to have.
